Songs are funny things.
Sometimes I hear a song, and I feel like its part of the soundtrack to some absurd movie that I’m living in. There are songs that make me feel like I want to hop a plane to a random spot on the globe and just follow the notes on the staff. I wonder sometimes if they’re like a pattern. If they contain hints that we’re supposed to understand. It’s another language, music....
